Soraya Tyriver, Chief Operating Officer of Woolbright Development, Inc., is responsible for executing the company's real estate business plans on over 5 million sq ft. of shopping centers. Collateral duties include managing the company's acquisition/disposition activities, investor/lender relations, and directing the financial, administrative, and human resource departments.

Ms. Tyriver has 20 years experience in retail real estate, working for Prudential Securities in New York and then The Sterling Companies in Palm Beach, FL. Ms. Tyriver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and management science from the State University of New York College at Cortland and has completed Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School.
